ADI Support: Working as the Marketing Director for ADI Support in Mansfield and married to Amelie (no children). I spend my work life helping driving instructors find more learner drivers and my hobbies relate to work...oh and Nottingham Forest. I love anything relating to business development and marketing - you should see my book shelf! Ok I am a bit of a Geek! Mark Smith is the Managing Director of ADI Support, and a true Jedi Master of the driving school industry. There is nothng much he doesn't know and it's great to see so many driving instructors benefit from Marks help. However sainthood is beyond Mark - his devotion to Tottenham Hotspur stopped all of that! Lisa Waterfield - Where would ADI Support be without "Our Lisa" or The Operations Director as she is formerly known. Probably the best person pupil management person in the country.
